OTIVE CASE STUDY / 01
Future Content Company.
A stronger social presence.
A nine-month content programme for a UAE business, connecting audience research, platform-specific planning and a more consistent brand presence.
Figures reported in the original project study and screenshots. Reporting windows vary by platform.
THE STARTING POINT
The content needed
a clearer direction.
The original brief describes a business struggling to establish a visible presence across its social platforms. Instagram was having difficulty generating even 2,000 impressions, YouTube videos were reaching around 4,000 views, and Facebook activity had become limited.
The goal was to make the brand more visible and build a more engaged audience. That called for an understanding of who the content served and how their expectations changed between platforms.
THE APPROACH
Understand the audience.
Give every piece a purpose.
Audience understanding
Develop detailed audience personas to clarify interests, motivations and the content people would find relevant.
A plan for each platform
Segment the audience by platform preferences and adapt the content to the different behaviours of each channel.
Consistent brand expression
Bring thumbnails, captions and visual direction into a more coherent brand presence across the programme.
THE EVIDENCE
Original screenshots.
